RELIEF REQUESTED: The applicant regUests a variance to construct a 45-foot by 65-foot, 11-inch padel ball court (foundation dimensions) including a. 33-foot by 64-foot,7-inch area enclosed by a 10-foot, 2-inch glass fence in a conforming rear yard location as shown on the survey prepared by Pinnacle Land Surveyors, LLP, dated October 9, 2025 and on the architectural,drawings titled, "Proposed Garage and Padel Court to the Pitaro Residence,"pages A- 003.00, A-004.00 and proposed Landscape Plan., prepared Charles M. No member of the public spoke in favor of or Opposing the application. The Zoning Board of Appeals held a public hearing on this application on February 5,2026 at which time written and oral evidence were presented. Based upon all testimony,documentation,personal inspection of the property and surrounding neighborhood,,and other evidence,the Zoning Board finds the following facts to be true and relevant and makes the following findings: 1.
