Dear Mr. Hyams:
This. letter is a follow up to your email received on March 26, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove three trees and
a fallen branch on your property within 100' of the wetlands. The trees were reviewed
and seen by Trustee Joseph Finora on April 8, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the three trees and branch may be removed at
this time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
