The Southold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp
at Greenport , on Tuesday, July 22, 1958. The meeting was called to
order at. 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor_ Klipp;
Councilmen .Albertson and Demarest; Justices Tuthill and 6lark; Superin-
tendent of Highways Price and Town Clerk Booth.
Mbved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
RESOLVED: That the minutes of July 8 be and hereby are duly approved as
read. Vote of Town Board: ayes-Supervisor K1ipp; Councilman Albertson;
Councilman Demarest; Justices Tuthill
and Clark.
Moved by Councilman .Albertson; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That a meeting of the Town Board will be held at the office
of Supervisor Norman F. Klipp at Greenport9 on Monday, July 289 10589
at 7:30 P.M.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilmen Albertson and
Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Clark:
WHEREAS , a communication was received from the Sigsbee Road Civic Assoc-
iation requesting that a street light be installed on pole No. 390 on
Sigsbee Road near Route �5, in Mattituck,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is
directed to request the Long Island Lighting Company to install one
additional 100 cp aerial street light in the Mattituck No. 1 Lighting
District , said. light to be placed on pille No. 390 located on Sigsbee
Road near Route 25 in Mattituck, N.Y.
Vote of Torun Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilmen .Albertson and
Demarest; Justices Tuthill and Clark,
Moved by Councilman Albertson, seconded by Justice Tuthill:
RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is directed to request
the Long Island Lighting Company to install one (1) 400 Watt Mercury
vapor aerial street light in the Southold Lighting District , said
light to be placed on pole No , 366 in front of the Southold Library.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilmen Albertsonand
DemaresV; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
