Dear Mr. & Mrs. Colapietro:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on March 18, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to prune several trees on
your property within 100' of the wetlands. The tree was reviewed and seen by Trustee
Glenn Goldsmith on April 1, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the trees may be pruned at this time. No permit
will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

For your background, In April 2019, 1 requested Board Of Town Trustees approval to
trim/prune several trees on my property. Trustee Glen Goldsmith preformed onsite review of
the trees in question. Subsequently, on April 24 2019, the Board of Town Trustees approved
the tree trim work. (Copy of Board of Town Trustees approval letter date April 24, 2019
attached).
Since it has been seven years, the same trees require pruning. Currently, I am requesting
approval for the same tree pruning work.
Also attached are photos of trees in question.
