Dear Mr. Terowsky:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on March 19, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove five (5) trees and
prune six (6) trees on your property within 100' of the wetlands. The trees were
reviewed and seen by Trustee Nicholas Krupski on March 25, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the trees may be removed and pruned at this
time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

I just visited the site and believe the flagging may be wrong.There are 7 trees with pink
ribbon which does not match a color mentioned or a count.There are 2 trees with both
Lime ribbon and orange ribbon so I am not sure if those are to be trimmed or removed.
Then there are 3 orange flagged trees. Please reflag and clarify which are which.

Ian Terowsky at 1725 Pine Tree road wishes you remove five trees (orange ribbon). These
trees were inspected by Shamrock Tree. The trees current condition and proximity to the
dwelling require removal as they pose a risk to the dwelling when they fall.
Additionally there are six trees (lime ribbon)Shamrock recommends pruning to remove
the dead limbs with hopes of saving the trees.
Ian grants you and or the Trustees permission to access the property to view the trees
I had originally sent this request on 1/12/2026 and it seems to have bounced back to me
due to the file attachments.
Please let me know if there are any issues with the proposed work.
