Dear Ms. Murray:
Jennifer Murray has permission from the Southold Town Trustees to trim phragmites,
not exceeding 12 square feet, at 9465 Peconic Bay Boulevard, Mattituck, NY. This work
is intended to provide access to the culvert on the north side of the road leading into
Horton Creek/Husing Pond for water sampling and monitoring of alewives.
These activities are considered "environmental testing activities" and are therefore
exempt from the requirement to obtain a Trustee permit under § 275-4(1)(f).

Can we please create a permission letter on our letterhead using the following:
