Dear Mr. Volinski:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on March 10, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to trim several trees on
your property within 100' of the wetlands. The trees were reviewed and seen by
Trustee Eric Sepenoski on March 16, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the trees may be trimmed at this time. No permit
will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Thomas, per are conversation about trees that we would like to trim at Peconic Landing, the
