B. ROBINSON REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST SCTM# 1000-135-3-37 The application referenced above is remove an existing 100 linear foot long concrete bulkhead and construct a new 100 linear foot long vinyl bulkhead in same location as existing; and to establish and perpetually maintain a 10' wide non-turf buffer along the landward edge of the bulkhead. The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records _available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposal is; CONSISTENT with the LWRP policies and therefore CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the following is required to meet Policy 6. 1. Require the turbidity controls. Page 11 2. Establish a vegetated, non-turf buffer landward of the bulkhead. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
