abutting the Land to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of Grantor in and to said
premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee, and the heirs, successors
and assigns of Grantee,forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever.
AND Grantor,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that Grantor will receive
the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of same for any other purpose.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being near Greenport, in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,known and designated as Lots 15 and the
westerly one-half of Lot No. 16, as shown upon a certain map entitled, "Map of Property of William
H. Long and Robinson J, Goodald, Greenport, L.I., N.Y." made by D.R. Young, Surveyor,
Riverhead, N.Y., and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 11th day of
September, 1929 as Map No. 585 being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of North Road distant 1854 feet more or less westerly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of North Road and the westerly
side of Albertson Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 78 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds West along the northerly side of
North Road 63.37 feet;
THENCE North 14 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West 465.76 feet (Deed), North 14degrees 01
minutes 30 seconds West, 431.11 feet (Actual) to the mean high-water line of the Long Island
Sound;
