Dear Mr. Herrmann:
This letter is a follow up to your letter received on March 6, 2026, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to prune numerous trees
on the above referenced property within 100' of the wetlands. The trees were reviewed
by Trustee Nicholas Krupski on March 9, 2026.
The Board of Trustees determined that the pruning may proceed at this time. No permit
will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Mr. Goldsmith:
Pursuant to the Board's guidance when we met on site several years ago in connection with an
application for a wetlands permit application to reconstruct the previously existing dwelling, and
per our discussion during field inspections a few weeks ago, please accept this letter as a request
for the Trustees' permission to prune existing trees in accordance with the enclosed tree pruning
site plan,prepared by Margie Ruddick Landscape, dated January 17, 2026.
Also enclosed are owner authorization forms, please let me know if you require any additional
information.
