SCTM# 1000-121-4-20 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is INCONSISTENT with the LWRP policies 5 and 6. 1. The pool in its current location will sit in the groundwater. The test hole was dug at a much higher elevation near Crescent Way. 2. The grading proposed on the property will impact drainage patterns and vegetation in this Critical Environmental Area. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
