(631) 765-1809 MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2026 A special meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was held at the Southold Town Hall Annex, Second Floor conference Room, 54375 Main Road at Youngs Avenue, Southold on Thursday,February 19, 2026 commencing at 4:00 P.M. The public had access to view and listen to the meeting as it was happening via Zoom. However,this meeting was not a public hearing and no testimony was solicited or received. Present were: Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson Nicholas Planamento, Vice Chair Kim Fuentes, Board Assistant Patricia Acampora, Member Elizabeth Sakarellos, Senior Office Assistant Robert Lehnert, Member Julie McGivney, Assistant Town Attorney Margaret Steinbugler, Member 4:06 P.M. Chairperson Weisman called the meeting to order. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman Planamento Lehnert Acampora and Steinbugler. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0) EXECUTIVE SESSION: 4:06 P.M. 4:06 P.M. -A Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Lehnert to enter into Executive Session in order to receive Attorney Advice. Vote of the Board: Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman, Planamento, Lehnert,Acampora and Steinbugler. This Resolution was duly adopted(5-0) 5:26 P.M. -Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Steinbugler to exit the Executive Session. RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Lehnert to authorize advertising of hearings for the Regular Meeting to be held March 5, 2026. A Work Session will begin at 9:00 A.M and Public Hearings will commence at 10:00 A.M. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Member Weisman Planamento, Acampora,Lehnert and Steinbugler. This Resolution was duly adopted(5-0). Minutes of ZBA February 19,2026 Special Meeting Page 3 RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Steinbugler to approve Minutes from the Regular Meeting held February 5, 2026. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Member Weisman, Planamento, Acampora, Lehnert and Steinbugler. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). RESOLUTION ADOPTED: A Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Planamento, to Grant a One Year Extension for#7738, Charles V. Salice, 2315 Pine Tree Road, Southold,NY. SCTM No. 1000-104-3-1. To expire March 16, 2027. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: A Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Planamento to Amend the decision to remove Condition No. 1, for#8073, Christine MacDonagh, at 7685 Horton Lane, Southold,NY. SCTM No. 1000-54-5-48.2. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Member Weisman, Planamento, Acampora, Lehnert and Steinbugler. This Resolution was duly adopted(5-0).
