Our company represents Daniel Marra,owner of the property situated at 9450 Main Bay View Rd,
Southold.
We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Board of
Trustees to request a permit for the following:
-A Wetland Permit to construct a single-family two-story dwelling with entry steps with landing
on concrete piers upon helical piles with Azek Break-Away walls; install an I/A OWTS sanitary
system at front/side of property; install a driveway; install (1) 6'x4' deep drywell and (1) 6'x5' deep
drywell at front and side of property; install (1) 1,000 gallon propane tank buried at-front of
property; and install underground utilities to dwelling.
A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 181h, 2026 at or about 5:30p.m.
Please see the attached letterwe received from the Board of Trustees providing further
information. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office.
