A. Development Design Standards
1. Bruce shared a presentation
o Outline of the work including methodology
o Examples of the visual aids they are producing
o Asked committee to provide feedback
• Feedback DUE: Monday, Feb. 16th end of day
• Discussion of feedback at next meeting
B. Update on progress of revised draft incorporating public input
1. Using current code format as much as possible.
2. Noting changes so there is a marked up existing code for reference to
make it easier to see what has changed.
3. Public input incorporated
4. Call-out boxes for Town Board review of public input edits
5. New draft for Town Board review: 3-6 months. Variability due to Planning
staff workload.
6. New Public Draft
7. Public review period
8. SEQRA,
9. Public Hearings
10.Adoption. -Goal is end of 2026- but variables may change this date.
