Attending: Erin Argo, Megan Hood, Patricia Kirkpatrick, Bruce Nelligan, Kevin
Stuessi, Leslie Weisman, Jeanette Judge, Heather Lanza
A. Subcommittees:
o Work continues on definitions, residential house size, and design
standards for commercial/non-residential
o Comments on Accessory Dwelling Units have been added to the review
draft
o Working on big house law recommendations for changes
• Account for necessary additions like ADA ramp
• Sliding scale for lot coverage
• Eliminate the averaging clause
o Commercial Design standards
• Setbacks
• Lot coverage
• Parking requirements
• Landscape coverage minimum
• Work on lot coverages in all zones- modeling.
o Add a consolidated bulk schedule to the new code
