I would like to certify the insulation as it has been installed on site in conjunction with LVL notching. To the best of our knowledge the insulation and framing has been installed per New York State building code at the time of drawing approval. The insulation in the walls, ceiling, and floors is a closed cell product achieving an R-value of R-7 per inch,the basement ceiling has been filled with mineral wool batts. All exposed foam insulation has been painted with DC315 intumescent paint. Climate Zone 4A Walls: 3"closed cell foam-R-21 Rafters: 7 1/4"closed cell foam—R-49 Floor(basement ceiling): 7 1/4"mineral wool batts—R-21 LVL Notching At the time of construction all framing was visually observed in place and reviewed with the framer. Any notching of LVLS was reviewed for adequacy or supported. The framing appeared to be conforming with the State of New York Building Code at the time of on site walk-thrus.
