SOUTHOLD TOWN PLANNING BOARD
May 20, 1974
A special meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board
was held at 11:45 p.m. , Monday, May 20, 1974, at the
Supervisor' s Office, South Street, Greenport, New York.
Present were John Wickham, Chairman; Henry Moisa,
Vice-Chairman; Henry Raynor; Frank Coyle.
Oh motion made by Mr. Coyle, seconded by Mr. Raynor,
it was
RESOLVED that the map of land located at Cutchogue,
New York, owned by Colgate Design Corporation dated
September 29, 1974 and revised February 15, 1974 showing
the planting plan of said property be approved subject to
a review in two years and the the Chairman is authorized
to sign the map.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs. Wickham, Moisa,
Raynor and Coyle.
Mr. Moisa made a motion, seconded by Mr. Coyle and
carried that the meeting be adjourned at 11:50.
