We, the undersigned, being members of the Southold Town
Planning Board, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby severally
waive notice of the time, place and purpose of the meeting of
the Southold Town Planning Board to be held at the Town Hall,
in the Town of Southold on November 30, 1977 and do hereby
consent that the same be held on said date for the transaction
of any business which may properly come before said meeting.

A special meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was
held at 1:00 p.m. , Wednesday, November 30, 1977 at the Planning
Board office, Main Road, Southold.
Present were:
John Wickham, Chairman
Henry E. Raynor, Jr. , Vice-Chairman
Frederick E. Gordon
Frank S. Coyle
On motion made by Mr. Coyle, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was
RESOLVED .to set 7:30 p.m. , Tuesday, December 13, 1977, at
the Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, as the time and
place for a public hearing on the question of the approval of ' a
subdivision known as "Minor Subdivision of Property of Appolonia
Kirchgessner" .
Vote of the Board: Ayes : Wickham, Raynor, Coyle, Gordon
On motion made by Mr. Coyle, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was
RESOLVED to set 7:45 p.m. , Tuesday, December 13, 1977, at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, as the time and place
for a public hearing on the question of the approval of a subdivision
known as "Minor Subdivision of Property of Lloyd E'. Terry" .
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Raynor, Coyle, Gordon
On motion made by Mr. Coyle, seconded by. Mr. Raynor, it was
RESOLVED to set 8:00 p.m. , Tuesday, December 13, 1977, at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, as the time and place
for a public hearing on the question of the approval of the final
map of a subdivision known as "Woodbine Manor" .
Vote of the Board: Ayes : Wickham, Raynor, Coyle, Gordon

On 'motion made by Mr. Coyle, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was
RESOLVED to set 8:30 p.m. , Tuesday, December 13, 1977, at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, as the time and place
for a public hearing on the question of the approval of the final
map of the subdivision known as "Centennial Manor, Section One" .
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Raynor, Coyle, Gordon
On motion .made by Mr. Coyle, . seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was
RESOLVED to' set 9:00 p.m. , Tuesday, December 13, 1977, at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, . as the time and place
for a public hearing on the question of the approval of the
preliminary map of the subdivision known as "Southold Gardens" .
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Raynor, Coyle, Gordon
On motion made by Mr.. Coyle, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was
RESOLVED to set 9:30 p.m. , Tuesday, December 13, 1977, at
the Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, as the time and
place for a public hearing on the question of the approval of
the preliminary map of a subdivision known as "Country Club
Estates'
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Wickham, Raynor, Coyle, Gordon
Motion was made by Mr. - Gordon, seconded by Mr. Coyle and
carried to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
