WORK SESSION MINUTES
President Bredemeyer called the meeting to order at 3 :15 p.m.
with the following persons present:
President John M. Bredemeyer, III
Vice-President Albert Krupski, Jr.
Trustee Henry P. Smith
Trustee John Bednoski, Jr.
John Holzapfel, Chairman, C:A.C.
John Tuthill
Diana Latham
Donald Cox

The following items were discussed
NEW APPLICATIONS:. The Trustees will go over the applications at
a later date.
ASSESSMENT FORMS: President Bredemeyer .distributed a Source
List for the Trustees to use during their review of applications
before them. Each Trustee was assigned an .area that he would be
responsible to review regarding the Flood Insurance. Rate Map
(FIRM) .
WATER QUALITY MONITORING: Trustee Krupski read President
Bredemeyer' s proposal (resolution in regular minutes pagel6. ) .
A letter will be forwarded to Chief of Police, Daniel Winters
requesting assistance from. the Bay Constable' s in transporting
water samples.
COOK/WORTIS PROPERTY: This project is near completion.
CRITICAL AREA DESIGNATIONS: Trustee Smith -will prepare the maps
for the Southold designation of C.E.A. ' s.
AGRICULTURAL RELATIONS: Trustee Krupski will in charge of this
matter. He is to speak to Mr. Wickham and report back to the .
Board regarding the "Ag District. "
