Box 728 Southold, New York 11971 WORK SESSION APRIL 14, 1988 2 :00 P.M. A work session of the Board of Town Trustees was held on April 14, 1988 at the Town Hall, Main Road, Southold. The following persons were present during the work session. Vice-President Albert Krupski, Jr. Trustee Frank Kujawski, Jr. Trustee John Bednoski, Jr. Trustee Henry P. Smith Clerk Ilene Pfifferling Absent: President John M. Bredemeyer, III 3 : 00 - Richard R. Prieto- This appointment was cancelled whereas, the Trustees position-regarding this matter has not changed. Mr._ Prieto will have to return to the Trustees when he has further information for the Board to review. The Trustees. commenced with the following appointments due to the cancellation of Mr. Prieto' s appointment. Terry Latham - Mr. Latham met with the Board regarding an application for Robert Hulsman. The Trustees explained that the public hearing notice has to be rescheduled before the Board can resume the hearing and act on this application. The Board reported that the application for Henry Raynor, The - Oyster Farms, needs a site plan and a full application. The Planning Board would be the proper Department to take the Lead on this application. Mr. Harold Schebe, Gardiners Bay Association - The Trustees discussed this application with Mr. Schebe. The Board reiterated that a Significant Determination has been declared on this application. Mr. Schebe will speak to the Gardiners Bay Association members and get back to the Board 'regarding this matter. Trustee Smith left at 2:50 P.M. 2 : 55 P.M. - Mr. William Rich, Orient Wharf Company application - Mr. Rich discussed this application with the Trustees. The application will be put on thelregular agenda for an environmental assessment during the regular meeting to be held on April 21st. Mr. James F. Reidy - Mr. Reidyiexplained his situation regarding .a dock and boat slip on property located at 2910 Deep Hole Drive, Mattituck. The Trustees advised that an application is to be submitted to register the structure on the property. 3 : 25 P.M. - Town Attorney James A. Schondebare met with the Board to discuss pending litigation. 3 : 50 P.M - Trustee Kujawski left. 3:55 P.M. - Mr. Donald Cox appeared before the Board with information he obtained regarding pump-out facilities. He suggested, if the Trustees were agreeable, that a meeting with Jay Tanski could be arranged to discuss this matter further 4: 30 P.M. - Mr. Zevits discussed his application with the Trustees. The Board suggested that Mr. Zevits amend his application to reflect only the dock at this time so that the Board could proceed with that portion of the application. 4: 40 P.M.- Trustee Smith returned. 4 : 45 P.M. - Mr. Mark S. Kosak, from the office of Cron & Cron, appeared before the Board regarding the approval rendered on behalf of Richard Zeidler. There being no further business to come before the Board the work session was adjourned.
