A work session of the Board of Trustees was held on June 5, 1987 commencing
at 7:17 P.M. and held at 425 Old Farm Road, Orient. President Smith called
the meeting to order.
Agenda Item 1 - The Board discussed Trustee Bredemeyer's proposal to research
and move toward Critical Area designations under S.E.Q.R. for all New York State
Department of State Significant Fish and Wildlife Habitats 'on Trustee Land as soon as
possible. Results of research and how to proceed to be discussed at the next
regular meeting.
Agenda Item -2 - Board discussed the Emerson/Wortis/Cook Quit Claim map and
boundary descriptions. Minor changes to be made, will be handled by President
Smith in consultation with the surveyor and owners.
Agenda Item 3 - Trustee Bredemeyer reported on Code Committee Meeting.
3A -Board agrees "In kind in place replacement of existing permitted
structures not requiring Town Building Department Permit is acceptable subject to
notification of the Trustee Office.
Agenda Item 4 - Board agrees to invite C.A.C. to Koke/Kerbs site at 6:00 P.M. survey
naght(June 17, 1987) to review vegetation on site.

Americas Group for the South Fork to be included in mooring renewals and
Shellfish permits. Trustees agree to condition each new" or' renewal permit
against the use of TBT. Subject to appeal for those who have no.,alternative
