Some of these elements do not in fact require a wetlands permit pursuant to Section 275-46)of the Town Code but are presented as part of the complete work scope nonetheless. The existing dwelling was constructed with the benefit of a "Determination of Non-Jurisdiction"issued by the Board of Trustees in 1999,as it is located well more than 100 feet from wetlands, and at that time the Towds wetlands jurisdiction extended only 75 feet from the wetlands boundary and did not originate at the landward limit of beach or top of bank. And because all of the work is proposed to be in-kind and/or in-place and/or within the footprint or structural framework of existing structures, with no proposed additions or changes to existing lot coverage or setbacks,it will have no impacts on the adjacent beach or tidal waters of Southold Bay. t 617.20 Appendix B Short Environmental Assessment Form Instructions for Completing Part I-Project Information. The applicant or project sponsor is responsible for the completion of Part 1.Responses become part of the application for approval or funding, are subject to public review, and may be subject to further verification.
