The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove two (2) fallen trees on your property within 100' of the wetlands. The trees were reviewed by Trustee Glenn Goldsmith on February 19, 2026. The Board of Trustees determined that the two (2) fallen trees may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. If you have any questions, please call our office at (631) 765-1892. The trees appear to be fully dead and have significantly impacted the overall condition and appearance of the property. I would like to have them removed in a safe and professional manner, in compliance with all local regulations and environmental guidelines. I've attached a photo with the two trees circled that I would like removed. Please let me know if there are any specific permits, inspections, or additional documentation required to proceed.
