Existing ductwork to remain and be reused. Patch the chimney and remove stack duct. 2. Replace with Low Ambient Air Source Heat Pump Heating and Cooling System and associated controls. Remove existing 32 Gallon Oil Fired Hot Water Heater and replace with Electric 32- gallon HWH. 2. Provide Supplemental Electric On-Demand HWH for Bonus Room Bathroom. If possible,the unit will tie into the existing hot water line and drop out when the incoming hot water hits temperature. 3. Remove empty oil tank(275 Gallon)from basement and associate oil tubing.
