I am a New York State licensed Professional Engineer, retained by Verizon (VZ) in connection with the
captioned matter above. I have reviewed the completed VZ generator and associated equipment
installation at the existing wireless telecommunications facility. It is my opinion that the completed
installation substantially complies with the project plans and specifications dated May 18, 2021
(Revision 1). Furthermore, the site has been built in accordance with all applicable New York State
Building Codes.
