Conservation has determined that
The portion of your property which is located landward of the ten foot(MSL)elevation contour

Jurisdictional boundary,as indicated above,without a permit. it is your responsibility to ensure that all

ground surface or vegetation within Tidal Wetlands jurisdiction which may result from your project,
