Our company represents 615 Pike Street LLC, owners of the property situated at 615 Pike St, Mattituck.
We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Zoning Board of
Appeals to request a Special Exception for the following:
- To construct a one-story commercial building with four(4) retail/two (2)will be used for takeout
units and basement storage.
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, March 5th, 2026 at 11:00AM by the Southold Town Zoning
Board of Appeals at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Rd, Southold NY 11971.The public also has access to
view, listen and make comments via Zoom, instructions to tune in are attached.
Please see the attached letter we received from the Zoning Board of Appeals providing further
information. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office.

held by the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main
Road, Southold, New York 11971-0959.
The public may ALSO have access to view, listen and make comment during the PUBLIC
HEARING as it is happening via.ZOOM WEBINAR. There will be a link to the Zoom Webinar
