Board of .Town .Trustees was held at. 2:30 P.-m. , Saturday, November 12, 1977 at -the site .of the property to be purchased by Henry .Karlin.. Present were: Alvah B. Goldsmith, Chairman Douglas Robertson Philip G. Horton Joseph Hataier George Bird - On motion made by Mr. Horton, seconded by Mr.. Bird, it was RESOLVED that the Board of Town Trustees has no- jurisdiction over the bulkheadin as proposed b Henr M. Karlin for /i g P P Y Y private property 'at Jockey Creek. The trustees have no objection inasmuch as the bulkhead is above the highwater mark and on private property of the applicant. Vote - of. the Board: Ayes : Goldsmith, Robertson, Horton, Hataier, Bird i On motion made by Mr. Horton, seconded by. Mr. Bird.; it was RESOLVED .to approve the application of Henry Karlin with the dredging -limited to a 50 foot width, 110 foot length and a maximum depth of 6 feet at MLW. ;.The ; spoil will be placed behind the bulkheading and if there is any excess, it shall be carted away. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Goldsmith, Robertson, Horton, Hataier, Bird i On motion made by Mr. Horton, seconded by Mr: Bird, it was RESOLVED to approve the application of Henry Karlin to construct a dock:.consisting of a 15 foot ramp and a 40 foot floatin5 dock with -four dolphins - 2 on each side. The dock will be swung around -and- about 10 feet of the 111" will be extended outward on a straight .line..from the shore. . . .Vote of .the Board: Ayes : Goldsmith, Robertson, Horton, Hataier, Bird Motion was made, seconded and carried that the meeting be adjourned.
