RIVERHEAD BUILDING SUPPLY CORP.,with an address at 250 David Court, Calverton,
NY 11933,
party of the first part and
TERRY WOODHULL and LAURA WOODHULL, as Husband and Wife, residing at 111
Hewitt Boulevard, Center Moriches, NY 11934,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,lying and being at Mattituck,Town of Southold,County
of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as set forth in SCHEDULE "A"
attached hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated July 30,2025, recorded on 09/05/2025 in Liber 13304 page 060.
This conveyance of the premises on Schedule"A"hereto(being a portion of the parcel described in
the aforesaid deed recorded in Liber 13304 page 060)was approved by the Southold Town Planning
Board by resolution adopted on November 3,2025,as shown on the map entitled"Map of 7217 Main
Road,Mattituck,Town of Southold,Suffolk County,New York,"prepared by L.K.McLean Associates,
P.C., dated October 5, 2022 and last revised November 6, 2023,with the Planning Board approval
stamp dated November 3,2025. The map is on file in the Town records.
By accepting this deed, the party of the second part acknowledges and agrees that the premises
conveyed hereby(being a part of SCTM 1000-122.00-06.00-035.007)shall merge with and become
a part of the premises of the party of the second part adjoining on the north (formerly 1000-122.00-
06.00-035.005)and shall not, except as merged with such premises constitute a separate building
site under applicable laws, rules and regulations. A perimeter description of said merged parcel is
set forth on SCHEDULE"B"hereto.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatsoever, except as
aforesaid.

Beginning at a point being North 49° 19' 12" West, along the easterly side of a 50 feet wide right
of way, land now or formerly of Suffolk County Water Authority, a distance of 180.08 feet from
the northerly side of Main Road;
Thence, from said point of beginning, continuing along said easterly side of a 50 feet wide right
