Time – 4 PM
Comprehensive Plan Goal - Encourage new and facilitate the growth of existing business
sectors that pursue stable and sustainable employment.
Annual Objectives – Continue Synergy Summits - Foster Economic Growth, Retain younger
population – encourage trade training, Communication and Collaboration among Town
organizations, develop business directory and event calendar, partner/share with local
organizations (Civics, Rotary, Lions, Chambers), town beautification, WinterFest.

Organization Discussion
Review EDC Goals and Objectives – 2025 and determine additional priorities for the
Committee to consider in addition to or in lieu of the Annual Objectives listed above.
Many are on Summit agenda too. As agreed at the 1/12 meeting, be prepared with
your suggestions.
Committee Operations
Rich will provide Standard Onboarding procedures for new members.

WinterFest update. Request for assistance on event day.
