Our company represents Christine MacDonagh, owners of the property situated at 7685
Horton Lane, Southold.
We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Board
of Trustees to request a permit for the following:
- A Wetland Permit for the existing seasonal cottage with an existing sunroom; as-built
entry porch; as-built in-place reconstruction of seaward deck off dwelling; and as-built
attached shed.
A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026 at or about 5:30pm.
Please see the attached letter we received from the Board of Trustees providing further
information. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office.
