The meeting of -September 24, 1963- reconvened at the Supervisor's
Office; 16 South Street, Greenport, N.Y.. at 1:30 P.M.. with Justice.
Clark also present.
The Town Clerk presented to the Town. Board pursuant to Section ill of
the Town Law, detailed estimates of revenue and expenditures from`. the
various Town Officers, departments and -districts for the fiscal year
beginning January 1, 1964.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Councilman Demarest;
WHEREAS, "atibpetition was received from Race' Point Corporation requesting
a change of zone of certain property on Fishers Island, N.Y. described
in sa>id,, `petition -from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "B"
Business District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk of the Town -of
Southold be and he hereby is directed to transmit .this application to
the Planning Board in accordance with tSection- 901, Subdivision C
of Article IX of the. Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes=cStpery sor Albertson; Councilmen bemarest
. and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest;
WHEREAS, Burton Potter Post #185, Greenport, New York, applied to the
Town Clerk for a Bingo License Amendment, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has examined the application and after invest-
igationduly made findings and determinations as required by law,
NOW, - THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Supervisor be and he hereby
is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Town- the findings
and determinations required by law and it is further
RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is directed. to issue an
amended Bingo License to the Burton Potter Post #185 of Greenport, N.Y.

Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Councilman Demarest;
WHEREAS, William A. Steiner has -applied to the Town Board for a single
trailer permit dated October 1, 1963,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of William A.
Steiner -be and hereby is granted for year round occupancy for a one
year period.
Vote of Town Board: eyes-supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest
and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and. Clark.
Moved.by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Justice Clark;
WHEREAS, the County of Suffolk" requests permission to lay -pipes under
Manhassett Ave. , and Beach Road, Greenport, N.Y. in connection with
, the dredging of .Sterling Basin,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That this Bohrtd I',, authcr.izes the Super- -
intendent of Highways to grant. said request, providing all safety
precausions are taken.
Vote- of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest
and Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark.
