WE, the undersigned, being members of the Town Board of the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby severally waive notice .of
the time, place and purpose of the meeting of the Town Board to, be
held at Greenport, N.Y. , in the Town of Southold, New York, on the
21st day of November, 1961, and do hereby consent that the same be
held on said date for the transaction of any business which. may I
properly come before said meetingr�;

A special meeting of the Southold Town Board was held at the Supervisor ' s
Office, 16 South Street, Greenport, N.Y. the members of the Board having
waived notice of the time, place and purpose of the meeting.
The meeting was called to order, by the Supervisor at 10:-30 R.M.- with the
following present: Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and
Grathwohl; Justice Tuthill.
Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
WHEREAS, the Southold American Legion Griswold-Terry-Glover Post
#803 has applied to the Town Clerk for a Bingo License and -
WHEREAS, the Town- Board has examined the application and after invest-
igating the matter,. duly made findings and determinations as required
by law,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Supervisor be and he hereby
is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Town Board the
findings and determinations required by law and it is further
RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is directed to. issue a
Bingo License to the Southold American Legion Griswold-Terry-Glover

Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and
Grathwohl; Justice,9 Tuthill .
Adjournment was at 10:45 A.M.
