The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to limb deciduous trees on your property within 100' of the wetlands. The trees were reviewed by Trustee Eric Sepenoski on January 29, 2026. The Board of Trustees determined that the deciduous trees may be limbed at this time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. If you have any questions, please call our office at (631) 765-1892. Not looking to create an erosion issue or hack the plantings to alter the coastal natural aesthetic of the greenery. This property is owned by Christine Van Cleef who owns waterfront land and is now looking to develop it they just want to maintain the view.
