The Main Road (Route 25) closure for the event shall be limited to the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm; 2. All Town fees for this event are waived. 2026-121 Category: Special Events Department: Town Clerk Mattituck Greek Church Food Festival RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby grants permission to the Mattituck Greek Church at 1950 Breakwaters Road to hold its Annual Food Festival on Friday, June 26th, Saturday, June 27th and Sunday, June 28th 2026. Times range from noon till 10:30pm.,provided they follow all the conditions in the Town's Policy for Special Events. All fees associated with this event have been waived with the exception of the clean-up deposit. Chief Grattan to be contacted as soon as possible for planning of road use and parking. This is for one event only, as the Town Board is evaluating all special events. Krupski, Jr. to execute the Consultant Agreement dated January 27, 2026 with Lloyd Reisenberg, for consulting services focused on the Information Technologies System Upgrade, in addition to training for the Southold IT Department, for the period February 1, 2026 through April 30, 2026, with a maximum of 100 hours at the rate of$120.00 per hour, as a legal charge to budget line A1680.544000. Subject to Town Attorney review. 2026-125 Category: Employment-Town Department: Accounting Part-Time Position Resignation RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby accepts the resignation of Claire Glew from the position of Part-Time Assistant to the Assessors for the Assessors office effective February 17, 2026. Page 6 of 48 2026-126 Category: Planning Department: Town Attorney Authorization for Planning Director to prepare and issue an RFQ seeking qualified environmental consulting firms to provide technical consulting services for Town actions requiring environmental review under SEQRA WHEREAS, the Town is required to comply with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act("SEQRA"), Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law, and its implementing regulations at 6 NYCRR Part 617, for all discretionary actions undertaken, funded, or approved by the Town; and WHEREAS, certain Town initiated projects,plans, capital improvements, and legislative actions, as well as applications submitted to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals may require environmental review under SEQRA, including the preparation,review, and evaluation of environmental assessment forms, technical studies, and related documentation; and WHEREAS, the Town Board recognizes that specialized professional expertise is often necessary to assist the Town in conducting thorough, timely, and legally compliant SEQRA reviews; and WHEREAS, the Town Board finds it in the best interest of the Town to solicit qualifications from experienced environmental consulting fines capable of providing SEQRA support services on an as needed basis; and WHEREAS, the Planning Director is the appropriate official to coordinate the preparation and issuance of a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for such consulting services, and to evaluate responses in accordance with applicable procurement policies; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and directs the Planning Director to prepare and issue an RFQ seeking qualified environmental consulting firms to provide technical consulting services for Town actions requiring environmental review under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA); and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Planning Director is authorized to receive, review, and evaluate responses to the RFQ, and to report recommendations to the Town Board for the selection and retention of one or more qualified firms; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board reserves the right to approve any final contract(s) for SEQRA consulting services following the Planning Director's recommendation; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately. 2026-127 Category: Budget Modification Department: Information Tech 2026 Budget Modification- IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby modifies the 2026 General Fund Whole Town budget as follows: From: A1410-546868 Minute Tracking Software $2,000 A1680-546858 PC Software Maintenance $2,000 Total $4,000 TO: A1680-546869 Civic Plus Maintenance $4,000 Page 7 of 48 2026-128 Category: Planning Department: Town Attorney Planning Board Fee Schedule Resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby adopts the Planning Department Fee Schedule as set forth in this Resolution, which shall be effective immediately. Appointment Schedule Committee appointments are generally made during a Town Board meeting held in March. Appointments may also occur at other times of the year as vacancies arise. 2. Submission of Application Materials Both new applicants and current members seeking reappointments must submit a letter of interest and current resume to the Town Clerk's Office. The letter must identify the specific committee for which the applicant is seeking appointment and should include: • A statement of interest in serving • Relevant background, qualifications, or expertise • Any prior experience attending committee meetings or participating in related community initiatives Prospective applicants are encouraged to attend a committee meeting in advance to gain an understanding of the committee's responsibilities, anticipated time commitments, and overall scope of work. 3. Review and Interview Process Applications will be reviewed to determine alignment with the committee's current goals and needs. If an applicant's qualifications are deemed appropriate, the Town Board Liaison or Committee Chair will contact the applicant to discuss their interest and schedule an interview. 4. Notification of Appointment and Required Oath • Applicants selected for appointment will receive an email from the Town Clerk's Office outlining the steps required to complete the required Oath of Office. • Applicants not selected will receive an email acknowledging their interest and thanking them for applying. Their resume will be retained on file through the following March for potential consideration should additional vacancies arise.
