17.2 TIME CLOCKS SHALL BE INSTALLED SO THE PUMP CAN BE SET TO RUN DURING OFF-PEAK ELECTRICAL DEMAND PERIODS,AND CAN BE SET TO RUN THE MINIMUM TIME NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN THE POOL WATER IN A
