Meeting held on Wednesday,February 16,2022:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Administrative
Amendment to Wetland Permit#9503 for a 24"wx30"hx48"1 generator to be installed on
a 30"x54"concrete pad;and as depicted on the project plan prepared by Michael
Chuisano,received on January 13,2022,and stamped approved on February 16,2022.
Any other activity within 100'of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not an approval from any other agency.
