This Department has reviewed the above-referenced site plan and offer the following comments:
A permit from this Department will be required pursuant to Section 13 6 of the Highway Law for the proposed
access and any improvements this Department deems necessary along the County right-of-way.
Before a permit is issued by this Department for these improvements,documentation pursuant to Section 239F
of the New York State General Municipal Law must be forwarded to us from the Town of Southold Building
Department for our review and comments.
An Impact Fee may be required and will be calculated at the time of permit issuance.
