The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the site plan prepared by Anthony Palumbo, last dated November 19, 2025, and stamped approved on December 17, 2025. § 275-5 Permit procedures: (i) Cutting of bamboo to lawn height landward of the wetland boundary. Special Conditions: No trimming on the bluff. No other vegetation is permitted to be cut on the property without further review. Do not disturb any native vegetation during the hand cutting, including but not limited to; Eastern Red Cedar (Juniperus virginiana), Northern Bayberry (Myrica pensylvanica), Marsh Elder (Iva frutescens), and Groundsel Bush (Baccharis halimfolia). Inspections: The approved operations must be commenced within three (3) years from the date of the resolution. The permittee is required to request a Trustee inspection upon completion of the initial cutting. 2 If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required.
