To Whom It May Concern:
I visited the home at the subject address on Thursday, June 19, 2025 to inspect the
existing Pool Pavilion. I inspected the structure and reviewed the construction documents
including photographs. Based on my inspection the foundation is compliance with the
2020 NYS Residential Building Code. The roof framing was also code compliant with
the proper sized lumber and strapping and clips installed.
