Dear Southold Town Trustees
This letter is to request an appointment for a pre-submission inspection for potential
amendment.
We give the Trustees permission to enter our property.
Our project construction files are all with the Town Hall Building Department, but we are happy
to provide any further materials requested or missing.
We are seeking an on-site inspection to help us determine next steps as our final project was
not approved due to being "overbuilt."
We seek guidance from the Trustees and Town for next steps.
Thank you very much for your kind consideration.
