The owner would like to memorialize the existing improvements since the previous owner operated before 2019 with the same use. Their main concern is the inability to walk the dogs outside with the current neighbor to their west lodging complaints. They are not looking to kennel outside. Just limited recreation for them with the fenced inrear yard' So basically, our office took the survey we recently performed and turned that into a site plan.
