V. RESOLUTIONS
a) Resolution: To authorize advertising of hearings for the Regular Meeting to be held on
Thursday, February 5, 2026. A Work Session will begin at 9:00 AM and the Public Hearings
will commence at 10:00 A.M.
b) Resolution: To approve minutes from the January 8, 2026 Regular Meeting.
c) Resolution: to Grant a One Year Extension to #7764, Richard C. Jensen, Jr., 4155 Bay
Shore Road, Greenport, NY. To Expire May 18, 2027
