Election Law to advise that the above facilities have been designated as a poll site for 2026. The law requires that you provide an acceptable room for voting that is ADA compliant. Below are the dates of elections for this year. Primary Day: June 23,2026 General Election: November 3,2026 In the event a Special Election is scheduled following this notice that requires use of your facilities, a separate notification will be provided. Not all poll sites may be utilized for Primary Day Elections. If the above facilities are being utilized on Primary Day, you will receive an additional notification. Enclosed please find a"Polling Place Information Sheet" for each location listed above. Kindly make any necessary corrections on that sheet, such as any changes to telephone and email contacts and return to Suffolk County Board of Elections, PO Box 700, Yaphank,NY 11980.
