10 Section 27 , Subdivision 1 if the Town
11 Law, that the Town Board fix, from time
12 to time, the salaries of all officers
13 and employees of the Town whether
14 elected or appointed, and determine when
15 the same shall be payable, and the
16 salaries of the members of the Town
17 Board, the elected Town Clerk and the
18 elected Superintendent of Highways shall
19 not be fixed in an amount in excess of
20 the amounts respectively specified in
21 the notice of hearing on the preliminary
22 budget published pursuant to Section 108
23 of the Town Law;
24 Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED that
25 the annual salaries of the following

1 elected officials shall be as follows .
2 And it lists all the elected officials
3 and the salaries they have, and I ask
4 the Board to accept it .
5 And BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the
6 aforesaid salaries shall be paid in
7 regular biweekly payments , and the Town
8 Clerk be and hereby is instructed to
9 file such certificates with the proper
10 parties as required Section 30 ,
11 Subdivision 3 of the Town Law .
