Enclosed is a Legal Notice and Site Plan which is forwarded to you in connection with a request for reversal
of the Building Inspector's May 6, 2025 Notice of Disapproval under Chapter 280 - Bulk Schedule for
Business and based upon an application for a permit to construct a boat storage building;the proposed height
of building exceeds the maximum permitted height of 35 feet. The building is located at Strong's Yacht
Center, 3430 Mill Road, Mattituck,New York.
Please note that the hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled for Thursday,January 8,2026
at 1:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 53095 Main Road, Southold.
Also, please note that the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held both in person and via Zoom
Webinar. Instructions for participation will be posted on the Town's Website under the meeting date.You
will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live,and make comments or in the alternative comments
can be submitted by Email, in person or by mail as indicated below:
