My inspection found that the first and second floors were compliant with the Building Code but the basement required work be done to the fire wall primarily fire caulking. After the repairs were made I reviewed the work and found that it now complied with the 2020 NYS Building Code. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. The design professional, Joan Chambers has prepared revised plans of the apartments and included the commercial tenants which have certificates of occupancy. Her plans reference the permit numbers for the existing commercial tenants. As to your request for a REScheck, the construction predates the energy code requirements. Joan noted that the RESchecks' did not exist when this addition was built.
