To Whom It May Concern,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that on January 15,2026 the above property owner
will be appearing before the Town of Southold Historic Preservation Commission. Property
owner is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7 (b) of the Southold
Town Code, concerning the construction of a sauna, fencing, and entry gates surrounding the in-
ground swimming pool upon subject property, located at a registered landmark property.
A.public hearing will be held on Thursday,January 15, 2026 at 3:30 PM in the Southold Town
Hall Annex 211 Floor Conference Room, 54375 Main Road, Southold,NY 11971. Zoom
