Suffolk County,New York,HEREBY CERTIFY that within seventy-two (72)hours after
the Annual Election of the qualified voters of the Southold Fire District held on
December 9, 2025, the Certificate of Inspectors of Election, executed by the Chairman,
Inspectors of Election, and Ballot Clerks, showing the results of the canvass of votes at
said Annual Election, a full and complete copy of which is annexed hereto and made a
part hereof,was filed in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of SOUTHOLD.

CANVASS OF VOTES FOR THE ANNUAL FIRE DISTRICT ELECTION HELD

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, being the Chairman, Election Inspectors, and
Ballot Clerks, respectively, at the Annual Election of the qualified voters of the Southold
Fire District, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, held at 55135 Main
Road, Southold, New.York, in said Fire District, between the hours of 6:00 o'clock P.M.
(Prevailing Time) and 9:00 o'clock P.M. (Prevailing Time) on December 9, 2025,
HEREBY CERTIFY that we have canvassed the votes cast at said Annual Election in
said Fire District and HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that the result of the voting was as

WE HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that we publicly completed such
canvass without adjournment; that the Chairman publicly announced the result; that the
said Election was held in an orderly manner and in all respects as provided by law, that
the vote was taken by ballot using paper ballots, a specimen of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, and that the only persons permitted to vote at said Election, were
persons qualified to vote thereon under applicable provisions of law.
