WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, being Chairman, Election Inspectors and Ballot
Clerks, respectively, at the Annual Election of the qualified voters of the Cutchogue Fire District,
in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, held at the firehouse located at 260 New
Suffolk Road, Cutchogue, New York, in said Town and said Fire District, between the hours of
3:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. (Prevailing Time) on December 09, 2025, HEREBY CERTIFY that we
